Social media, reviews and public content

If you share comments, reviews or photos on our social media pages or third-party review platforms, please note that this public content may be read, collected and used by others. Contact us if you would like content removed from our channels; where it is hosted on a third-party platform we may not be able to remove it directly, and we will explain why if so.

Social media sign-in and sharing

You can interact with us through social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and TripAdvisor. These services may verify your identity and, with your consent, share some personal information with us (such as login details, name and email) to create a link between the sites.

Referrals

If you refer a friend to our services, we will collect your friend's name and email address solely to send a one-time invitation and will not use it for any other purpose without their consent. Your friend can contact us at any time to ask us to delete this information.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain basic sessions and form state. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain on your device for longer and remember your entries so you do not need to re-enter them. Data retention periods

Enquiry records are kept for 6 months after the last contact; records related to completed orders are kept for the period required by the travel agreement and applicable law.

When the retention period ends, we securely delete or anonymise your information.
